1 Q. How do I invest in the Funds?
A: To invest directly in any of the Kinetics Mutual Funds, first obtain a copy of the prospectus and application in one of three ways:
(1) download it from the website;
(2) request it by mail by completing a short form with your name and address on our website; or (3) call us toll-free at 1-800-930-3828. Additionally, you can invest in any of the Funds through one of the many participating brokers. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing.

A: Yes. For a current

here. We are continuously adding new brokers so please check
with your broker or our website for updates.
Q: What is the
minimum amount to invest?
A: The minimum
initial investment amount is $2,500 per account. The minimum for
initial invest may vary if you invest through one of the
participating brokers. The minimum additional investment amount is
$100. Please read the prospectus for further details including the
risk associated with investing in the Fund.
Q: Can I
establish a monthly Automatic Investment Plan
A: Yes. Please download a copy of the application
or call us toll-free at 1800-930-3828 for additional information
about the program.
6 Q: Can I open an IRA, 401(K) or any other
tax-deferred account with the Funds?
You can open these accounts directly with the fund by downloading an
from the website, calling our toll-free number, 1-800-930-3828 or
through any one of the participating brokers.
Q: Can I view
my account online?
Yes. Our NetAccess service
provides you with online access to your accounts via our website.
With NetAccess you may quickly and easily confirm your account
balance, conduct transactions or review recent account transactions
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To sign up for this secure service,
click here. In the coming months, shareholders will also be able to download their account statements via the website. More details will follow shortly.

Kinetics Funds in the Mutual Funds section of my local
A: All of the funds are
now listed under "Kinetics Funds". Many newspapers have different
qualifications for a fund to be listed, therefore all of our funds
may not be listed.
